Where are your manufacturing facilities located?

WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM does not have a company owned production unit. Our mission has always been to work with village-based artisans across India employing their regional art, skills and specialities. This commitment has helped preserve the traditional crafts of India and created employment opportunities in rural areas. Most of the artisans with whom we work are national and state award winners in their respective fields.

Do WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM sizes conform to international norms?

There are no true international norms for clothing and home textiles as every company tends to have its own sizing standards. Please refer to our Size Guide where we have suggested basic guidelines of how WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM sizing compares to other international sizing. The best approach is to take your own measurements and compare these to our measurement charts.

How will I know if you have received my order?

During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation through an email from WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM.

How do I check my order status?

You can view your order status at any time once you have placed your order, through My Orders options after logging in to your account on WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM website. We try and dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within 5 working days and then you can track your order from Track Your Order option on the homepage of WWW.WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM or through the carrier’s tracking system.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Worlfofexports.com?

What if an item is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If you place an order for an item which is not in stock, we will inform you through an email and ask you if you are willing to wait for the product to be available to us, if you do not want to keep on hold, we will credit your credit card with in two business days of purchase. In the future, we hope to be able to notify you when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for this product.

In case the Delivery destination is outside India will I be charged sales tax?

You will not be charged sales tax because we ship your order from India. Please refer to Duties and taxes section under our Terms of Use for more information on taxes and duties.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all MasterCard, VISA and Diners Club Credit Cards, and all Citibank Maestro Debit Cards (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway).We do not accept American Express cards.(We accept payment through Paypal)

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. An online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway.

What currency will my order be billed in?

Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit / credit card. All the prices shown on WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM website would be in USD or INR depending on the ordering and delivery location. How can I modify my order?

You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.

How can I cancel my order?

Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us through email support@worldofexports.com within 12 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm this cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the stipulated time frame. Even if the cancellation happens, you will get your refund/gift voucher back less charges e.g. payment gateway charges, admin charges etc. Generally it will be 15 to 20 percent (%) of the ordered amount. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM.
