This currency converter is only indicative and a value added tool. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

Shipping
All of WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FedEx/UPS and/or internationally known carrier. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days depending upon the availability of product you ordered.

Shipping destinations offered by WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 (two) working days of your purchase and will try at our level best to make it available in our warehouse in 15 (fifteen) business days. Once it becomes available, we will ship you the same day or on next business day depending upon the time schedule.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

The carrier will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call their (carrier’s) specified Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Once you have placed your order and then you change your mind to change the shipping address, you will have to pay the extra applicable charges charged by the carrier. It will be at sole discretion of the carrier company. Same as, if your address falls into a remote area where special arrangements are needed for a carrier to deliver your shipment in that case the carrier may charge extra that you abide to pay.

Duties and Taxes
All of WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, India or directly from our associated vendors to your provided shipping address via carrier. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with the carrier to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from carrier for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay carrier directly at the time of delivery. WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Before you return a WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, at WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item. You will also need to enclose the return form with the items you wish to return. This form is at the bottom of this document.

100% Satisfaction Returns Policy
At WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM depends on high quality products and extraordinary customer service.

How do I return an item?
Refunds will be available for up to 15 days from the day you receive your order. If your return is in any way a result of an error by WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM, please be sure to indicate the nature of the error when requesting for refund and a member of our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

If the return is not a result of an error by WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred for the order and return of the product(s). You must send your return using a reliable international carrier that offers tracking (such as EMS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DHL). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the Returns Center in their original condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center.

No refunds will be available after the 15-day returns period has expired.

Can I return a gift?
If you have received a gift from WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM and would like to return it, you may do so via email at support@worldofexports.com during the 15-day period following the original delivery date of the order. As soon as the return is received, we will issue you a Gift Voucher for the amount of the original order, less shipping charges, so that you may make a new selection from any of the offerings on the website. Please rest assured that we will not alert the person who sent you the gift to your return request.

When will I get my refund?

Credit for returned products will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise using the same form of payment originally used for the order (except where other arrangements have been made, as in the case of gift orders). At this time we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

  • WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned to any address other than a WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM Returns Center.
  • No refunds or returns on custom orders.
  • No refunds or returns on gift certificates.
  • As a safeguard against potential abuse, WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
  • Please note that gift box charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be done in the following case:

  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit
  • In case WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • In case WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.

Note: All the refund will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

I haven't received my order. Is it lost?
Be sure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order. WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@worldofexports.com (be sure to note your order number and email address, and verify the correct mailing address). A member of our customer service team will check our records to determine when your order was processed and shipped. Please note that any claims related to non-receipt of merchandise must be made within 15 days of the shipment date or within 7 days of the delivery date reported by the carrier (where applicable), whichever came first.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?
At WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing, please notify us immediately. The best way to report any problem with your order is to email our customer service team at support@worldofexports.com to report a problem. In your message, please include your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.

We will be happy to replace any damaged/incorrect items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you. Please make a note that in such scenario we will cover the shipping cost that compared with the actual order only.

Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

Product properties and wash care
Majority of WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM’S products are handcrafted using the finest quality material. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to request an exchange please write to us support@WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM.
  • Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  • Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can download the Returns Form by Clicking Here.
  • WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong colour or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
  • If you would like to exchange any item, WORLDOFEXPORTS.COM will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.
